For our next group outing we’ll return to the 8th Street footbridge over Carpinteria Creek. This low-energy outing offers excellent opportunities to observe birds in the nearby foliage and along the creek, all while staying comfortably on the bridge. Join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 8 a.m.

- Details: Meet at the 8th Street footbridge. Parking is available near the bridge at the east end of 8th Street or the west end of Calle Ocho in Concha Loma. We’ll mostly stay on the bridge to observe birds in the surrounding habitat.
